At least 13 injured after two trains collide in Cairo

Two trains have collided near Cairo, Egypt.
Initial reports show one train was traveling from Soahg while the other was traveling from Aswan when they collided.
No casualties have been reported so far, but the health ministry reports that at least 13 people have been injured.
