Finland has reported two cases of the new coronavirus variant from the U.K. while another patient tested positive for the new variant from South Africa, health officials said on Monday.

The country earlier this month imposed restrictions on passenger arrivals from the U.K. amid concerns over the new virus variants.

By Monday, Finland had reported 35,137 COVID-19 infections with 546 deaths, according to data from the Johns Hopkins University.
