WHO Director condemns killing of an Italian Ambassador in DR Congo

The World Health Organization Director Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus has condemned the attack on a humanitarian convoy in the Democratic Republic of the Congo which left three people dead, including the Italian Ambassador to that country on Monday.  

"I am deeply saddened and extremely concerned by the attack today. I would like to express my deepest condolences to their families as well as to the government and people of Italy," he added.
