China on Thursday donated two VIP buses to Kenya's Ministry of Foreign Affairs to facilitate the ministry's programs.
The buses were delivered by China's Ambassador to Kenya Zhou Pingjian and were received by the Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Amb Macharia Kamau.
Kamau expressed his ministry's gratitude for the buses, noting that they are a clear testament to the cordial and friendly relations that exist between Kenya and China.
Kamau also expressed Kenya's gratitude to China for its support in the East African country's development agenda through extensive infrastructure development which he noted had raised the stature of Kenya as a regional transport and communications hub.
