Mohamed Salah will be available for selection against Arsenal in Wednesday's clash at the Emirates Stadium, Liverpool manager Jürgen Klopp confirmed on Tuesday.
Salah was forced off in the 65th minute of Liverpool’s game against Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday after scoring the second goal in their 2-0 victory.
Asked if the prolific Egyptian will be available for selection in Wednesday's game, Klopp responded: "Looks like."
"Mo is a tough cookie and he was only a little bit cut, we were quite lucky with it. It was swollen, painful, yesterday a little less swollen, less painful.
"Now I got the message before the press conference that Mo is ready to train and we will see how that looks."
Also returning from injury for the Reds will be Ibrahima Konate.
Liverpool can close the gap to Manchester City to a single point if they beat Arsenal.
The London side are however on a good run of form which has seen them pick up 28 points from a possible 33 in an 11-week period in the league.
They have their eyes set on a Champions League spot, and a win against Klopp's charges can boost the quest.
