The decision on potential cementing of the agreement on food security at the level of Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan will be made after the talks of the Foreign Ministers of these two countries, according to TASS citing Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov on Monday.
"The decision will be made after the talks of the [Foreign] Ministers," Peskov said, commenting on Russian Foreign Minister's remark that the final decision is up to the leaders to make, the report noted.
