Provisional figures showed turnout in the second round of Tunisia's parliamentary election on Sunday was 11.15%, Mohamed Tlili Mnasri, the spokesperson for the electoral commission, said on state television.
The extremely low turnout compared to 11.2% registered in the first round of the election in December.
