Gaetz says he will move this week to oust McCarthy as U.S. House speaker

Hardline Republican U.S. Representative Matt Gaetz said on Monday he would move this week to oust Kevin McCarthy from his role as speaker, after the leader narrowly avoided a partial government shutdown by passing a bill with more support from Democrats than Republicans.
