U.S. President Joe Biden is postponing a scheduled trip to the southern state of Texas following an assassination attempt on election rival Donald Trump, the White House said Sunday.
"The President is rescheduling his trip to Texas, which was originally planned for Monday, July 15," the White House statement said, a day after Trump was injured in a shooting at a campaign event in Pennsylvania.
