At least three people were killed and 32 others were wounded on Friday in a massive fire at a mall in the northern Egyptian city of New Damietta, the Egyptian Health Ministry said.
Local authorities said the fire was caused by the explosion of a helium tank used to inflate balloons.
The incident occurred on the first day of Eid al-Fitr, when people commemorate the end of the Muslim holy month of Ramadan.
