In Miyun District, Beijing, the Dingsheng Yujiu eco‑farm operates 10 cowsheds and a herd of more than 2,000 cows. It produces about 45 tonnes of milk daily, with raw‑milk quality meeting high standards: 3.5% protein, 4.1% butterfat, microbial count ≤10,000, and somatic cell count ≤130,000. The farm also holds GAP+ (Good Agricultural Practices) domestic first‑level certification.

As China and Africa mark the 2026 China‑Africa Year of People‑to‑People Exchanges, the eco‑farm offers a snapshot of how technology, quality control and sustainable practices are reshaping China’s agriculture—insights that could benefit African partners.

From dairy processing to animal husbandry, knowledge‑sharing and joint ventures are on the rise, fostering mutual learning and strengthening food security.
