Khartoum gradually resumes normalcy after war disruptions

After more than three years of conflict, parts of Khartoum are slowly coming back to life. Restaurants, tea stalls and small businesses are back in business, including late in the evening, as residents cautiously return to public spaces. The revival remains fragile, but offers much-needed hope that Sudanese citizens will eventually be able to enjoy normal lives free from the sound of gunfire.
